The Mija is the most discreet expression of the Déhanche buckle. Custom hardware, made in Italy and polished to catch the light, sits close to the body on a one-inch strap, bringing clean definition to the waist. A slim designer belt, designed for everyday wear over denim, tailoring, or a dress. Handmade in Italy with a polished pale gold-tone buckle and a lotus pink suede leather strap, lined in suede.

    Déhanche artisans handcraft each belt in Italy using responsibly sourced leather certified by the Leather Working Group and finish it with recyclable zamak alloy hardware to support a circular economy. Through our partnership with Doconomy and Milkywire, we calculate each belt’s carbon footprint and invest in decarbonization microprojects to ensure every purchase remains climate positive.
