Junior Art Director
Remote · Full-Time Contract
At Déhanche, we believe accessories are objects of adornment. Every detail—from a product page to a packaging insert, from an Instagram Story to a wholesale presentation—should feel thoughtful, refined, and beautifully executed.
We’re looking for a Junior Art Director with exceptional taste and meticulous attention to detail to help bring the Déhanche world to life. You’ll work closely with our Founder and CMO, shaping the visual language of one of luxury fashion’s fastest-growing accessories brands.
This is an opportunity for someone who lives and breathes design, appreciates restraint over excess, and believes that beautiful brands are built through consistency and craftsmanship.
What You’ll Create
- Product graphics and launch assets
- Email and SMS campaigns
- Multi-channel organic social media assets
- Ad campaign assets and graphics
- Packaging, printed collateral, inserts, and brand materials
- Wholesale linesheets, lookbooks, and sales presentations
- Website imagery, banners, and landing pages (UX/UI experience a plus)
- High-end image retouching and color correction
- Seasonal campaign materials across digital and print
- Brand guidelines that ensure every touchpoint feels unmistakably Déhanche
What We’re Looking ForYou have a naturally elevated aesthetic and an eye for detail that others notice. You’re highly organized, work quickly without sacrificing quality, and care deeply about typography, spacing, composition, and consistency.

Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Art Direction and Design
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional design taste
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Illustrator
- Figma
- Strong retouching and image editing skills
- Excellent typography and layout abilities
- Experience preparing artwork for both digital and print
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
A Plus- UX/UI experience
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with Klaviyo email design
- Basic motion design or video editing
- Previous experience within luxury fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands

Assistant Logistics Manager
Full-Time | International Wholesale & Inventory Operations
Location: Remote, must work European Hours During Seasonal Ship Windows
Reports to: Director of Operations / Wholesale Director
The Role
The Assistant Logistics Manager will support and execute all wholesale and inventory shipments globally, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery across markets.
This position requires a highly detail-oriented, process-driven individual with experience in international shipping, trade compliance, and inventory coordination within fashion, luxury, or consumer goods.
The right candidate is precise, calm under pressure, and motivated to build structure within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities
Wholesale Shipping & International Trade
• Coordinate all global wholesale shipments (EU, US, UK, Asia, Middle East)
• Prepare and review commercial invoices, packing lists, pro forma invoices, and shipping documentation
• Ensure correct HS codes, VAT treatment, Incoterms, and country-specific compliance
• Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and customs brokers
• Track deliveries and proactively resolve customs delays or shipping issues
• Manage shipment calendars in alignment with delivery windows and retailer requirements
• Support showroom and market week shipment logistics
Inventory & Warehouse Coordination
• Maintain accurate inventory records across ERP, warehouse, and 3PL systems
• Coordinate transfers between manufacturing partners, warehouses, and clients
• Monitor inbound production shipments and reconcile quantities
• Assist with stock allocation for wholesale accounts
• Conduct inventory audits and support reconciliation processes
