EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
You can return or exchange any item purchased on www.dehanche.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Items marked final sale are non-refundable, but may be eligible for size exchange based on availability. Belts returned with a pre-paid label must be sent within 7 days of initiating the return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged in any way will not be accepted. Each item is thoroughly hand inspected. If the product is ruled as damaged, or if an item is sent back without initiating the return process, Déhanche reserves the right to refuse the return and will either keep the item or send it back at the customer's expense. Belts sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.
SHIPPING POLICY
Due to the holidays, we are currently experiencing a high volume of orders. Please allow an additional 3-4 days for processing before your order is shipped.
All orders ship from the USA by UPS Ground or Internationally by DHL. All duties and taxes are included and paid within checkout to avoid unwanted surprise costs on delivery. For special requests, please contact care@dehanche.com.
Express shipping: Any purchases made with an expedited shipping option must be placed before 12pm EST to guarantee same day dispatch. An overnight or 2nd day air order placed after 12pm EST deadline will be dispatched the next business day.
HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
For US Based Clients
Please follow the steps below:
STEP 1
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please start the process at https://dehanche.loopreturns.com
STEP 2
Fill in your order number and delivery zip code, then select the products you would like to return or exchange. If you would like to try a different product, color, or size from the collection, you are able to do so within the loop portal.
STEP 3
The loop portal will walk you through each step,and once you submit, a prepaid label to return your belt for a return or a refund will be available for download. Please pack your items carefully and inside your duster bags (as this is considered part of the product) Attach this label to your package and drop off at your nearest carrier.
STEP 4
If you requested an exchange, the exchanged belt(s) selected will be dispatched within 3 business days of dropping off your return at your local post office. If you requested a refund, it will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. Customers are responsible for ensuring the belt arrives at our warehouse. We are unable to process a refund without having received your package.
For Returns Outside of The US
Clients outside the United States are responsible for organizing and covering the cost of shipping their returns or exchanges back to Déhanche. All returning shipments must be sent duties paid as Déhanche is not responsible for any return tax and duties fees that may incur upon the delivery of returns. The address for return will be provided during the return / exchange registration process. For exchanges, a fee of 30 USD applies to dispatch the new shipment. Once this fee is paid, there will be no additional charges for shipping, taxes, or duties.
After arranging your return, please email a copy of the tracking number along with your original order number to care@dehanche.com. For exchanges, your new belt(s) will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving your return at our warehouse. Please allow up to 10 business days during sale periods or holidays due to the volume of orders and returns.

The customer is responsible for sending the belt back to the given address for exchange or refund. Please pack your items carefully and inside your duster bags (as this is considered part of the product).
Important note: When completing customs forms or declaring shipment contents, it is essential that the package is declared at a low value and clearly marked as “return goods.” Please do not include the original invoice; only a packing slip with no monetary value should be included.This is necessary to ensure a smooth arrival at the destination. If these steps are not followed and the shipment incurs taxes or duties upon arrival, those charges will be the responsibility of the shipper and not Dehanche.
STEP 4
Once you have sent the belt(s) back please provide the tracking number to our email, care@dehanche.com , so we can monitor its arrival.
STEP 5

Refund Processing
If you requested a refund, please allow 5-10 business days after your return has been delviered at our warehouse for your refund to be processed. All items are hand checked and approved by our team. If an item is ruled as worn, stained, or damaged, a member of our team will reach out via our care email. During periods of high volume, like sale periods or holiday, please allow an additional 3 - 5 business days for processing.
