EXCHANGES AND RETURN POLICY

You can return or exchange any item item purchased on www.dehanche.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Items marked final sale are non-refundable, but may be elligible for size exchange based on availability. Belts returned with a pre-paid label must be sent within 7 days of initiating the return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged in any way will not be accepted. Each item is thoroughly hand inspected. If the product is ruled as damaged, or if an item is sent back without initiating the return process, Déhanche reserves the right to refuse the return and will either keep the item or send it back at the customer's expense. Belts sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.

SHIPPING POLICY

Déhanche belts are made in Italy, but company headquarters are in California and belts will ship from Maryland from the our Warehouse, typically by UPS Ground or Standard, and Internationally via DHL - all duties and taxes are included and paid within checkout to avoid unwanted surprise costs on delivery. For special requests, please contact care@dehanche.com. Belts will typically dispatch within 24 hours of order Monday-Friday.

HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

  1. To begin the process, please visit https://dehanche.loopreturns.com
  2. Enter your order number and shipping zip code
  3. Select the products you would like to return or exchange. If you would like to try a different product, color, or size from the collection, you are able to do so within the loop portal.
  4. For US based clients, a prepaid shipping label will be ready for download at the end of the process. If you requested an exchange, the exchanged belt(s) selected will be dispatched within 3 business days of dropping off your return at your local post office.
  5. For clients outside of the US, The customer is responsible for sending items back to Déhanche - an address will be provided at the end of the registration process. If an exchange was requested, there is a 30 USD fee to dispatch the new shipment. Once this has been paid, there will be no additional or unexpected charges for shipping, or taxes and duties. Once your return has been arranged, please send a copy of the tracking number and your original order number to our email, care@dehanche.com. If you requested an exchange, your new belt(s) will be sent within 5 business days after your return is received at our warehouse.

Refund Processing

If you requested a refund, please allow 5-10 business days after your return has been delviered at our warehouse for your refund to be processed. All items are hand checked and approved by our team. If an item is ruled as worn, stained, or damaged, a member of our team will reach out via our care email.
