Wholesale & Logistics Coordinator
Location: USA (Remote with potential travel)

We are looking for a Wholesale & Logistics Coordinator to support our expanding wholesale business. This role is key to ensuring seamless operations from order management to fulfillment, guaranteeing that our partners receive an elevated experience that reflects our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wholesale Operations: Process and manage wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy from entry to invoicing.
• Logistics & Fulfillment: Oversee shipments, coordinate with warehouses, and liaise with carriers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Inventory Management: Track stock levels, assist in forecasting, and ensure proper allocation across accounts.
• Wholesale Partner Support: Serve as the point of contact for retailers, addressing order inquiries and shipment updates.
• Compliance & Documentation: Handle shipping documents, customs clearance, and ensure compliance with international regulations.
• Reporting & Optimization: Monitor order flow, troubleshoot logistical issues, and work closely with sales and operations teams to refine processes.
